The Good, the Guilty and the Guillotine

The Good, the Guilty and the Guillotine

“I see Barsad, and Cly, Defarge, The Vengeance, the Juryman, the Judge, long ranks of the new oppressors who have risen on the destruction of the old, perishing by this retributive instrument, before it shall cease out of its present use. I see a beautiful city and a brilliant people rising from this abyss, and, in their struggles to be truly free, in their triumphs and defeats, through long years to come, I see the evil of this time and of the previous time of which this is the natural birth, gradually making expiation for itself and wearing out.”

Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities

In part one of this three part installment, “Best of Times. Worst of Times.”, I recounted my personal thoughts, considerations and play-by-play recollections of the U.S. elections on Tuesday, November 8th, 2016.

In Part 2, “A Tale of Two Cities”, the major themes of “duality, revolution and resurrection” were explored within the context of Dicken’s novel while comparing current events to the historical circumstances of the French Revolution. More specifically, Dickens’s technique of applying “duality” to his story to define “hidden parallels” was used in order to examine whether history repeats or rhymes. And finally, the “eventuality of outcome” was questioned regarding what type of resurrection we might soon witness.

As history has shown, revolutions most often yield one of two possible outcomes: Liberty or tyranny. The American Revolution delivered a Declaration of Independence describing inalienable individual rights as bestowed by a Creator. The French Revolution brought about the Reign of Terror along with a century of instability including the Napoleonic wars, the restoration of the monarchy as well as two more revolutions before modern France materialized. The Bolsheviks in Russia, inspired by the French Revolution, engaged in their own large scale executions before inviting the world to their Communist Party. In every instance throughout history, the revolutionaries soon become the establishment. Even Perestroika which brought about the fall of the Berlin Wall delivered liberty to the East Germans while the new boss in Russia became the same as the old boss, albeit with a more Glasnostic form of communism.

So how does this apply to Charles Dickens and Donald Trump? Dickens considered nineteenth century England similar to pre-revolutionary France because the people of high social standing ignored the poverty and injustice perpetuated by the exploitation of the working classes. He wrote in his preface:

It has been one of my hopes to add something to the popular and picturesque means of understanding that terrible time.

Because Tale of Two Cities was initially published via weekly installments in Dicken’s magazine “All the Year Round”, he used symbols and foreshadowing to keep his readers in suspense and tease them into reading the subsequent chapters. For example, the echoing of footsteps outside of an apartment and the breaking of a wine barrel foretold the violent mob that would soon consume Paris; with blood, like wine, pooling in the streets.

As the hungry peasants eagerly lapped up the spilled wine, it symbolized their desperation and desire to satisfy their unquenchable thirst. Dickens portrayed these peasants with “a tigerish smear about the mouth” and described “one tall joker so besmirched” writing the word “blood” on the wall with his wine-dipped finger.

Indeed, actual blood from an insatiable guillotine soon would be flowing in the same streets. Dickens foreshadowed the forthcoming revolutionary events with this sentence:

The time was to come, when that wine too would be spilled on the street-stones, and when the stain of it would be red upon many there.

In various ways the 2016 presidential election could be considered the modern day equivalent to the 1789 storming of the Bastille. Although the characters have changed as well as the motives, there are similarities proving again history’s pluralistic predilections for rhyme. In lieu of a reign of terror against the aristocratic elite as led by Maximilien Robespierre in the late eighteenth century, a peaceful revolution was conducted against the global financial and political establishment by Donald Trump. As the Jacobin’s once inspired the Les Misérables of their time standing before the guillotine, so did the modern day Les Deplorables arise to be heard at the polling booth.

Instead of an out-of-touch Queen of France telling the lower classes to eat cake, it was the wife of a former president doing so in 2016. In lieu of Third Estate peasants toppling a self-serving French monarchy over 220 years ago, it was the American taxpayers, patriots, blue-collar workers and the involuntary unemployed drawing the red line in the stand this year against the rising tide of Globalism.

Trump not only overcame opposition within his own Republican party, but he devastatingly demolished the Democrats and the blatantly biased mainstream media. Moreover, on his way to victory, Trump destroyed two American political dynasties: The House of Bush and the Clinton Family Crime Syndicate.

Just as the Assemblée Nationale Constituante once took their Tennis Court Oath as their revolutionary pledge to assert political authority as deriving from the people, so does Trump’s contract with the American voter and his revolutionary promises to “drain the swamp” in Washington D.C. during his first 100 days in office.

Yet the current King of the Land will not stand for this “crude sort of nationalism”. On November 15th, 2016 while speaking at a joint news conference with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, Obama told the world:

We are going to have to guard against a rise in a crude sort of nationalism, or ethnic identity or tribalism that is built around an us and a them, and I will never apologize for saying that the future of humanity and the future of the world is going to be defined by what we have in common, as opposed to those things that separate us and ultimately lead us into conflict

In the meantime, the globalist, George Soros, is preparing for war against Trump and his movement as the Soros funded MoveOn.org stages protests across America as calls to rape Trump’s wife, Melania, the First Lady Elect, have made headlines.

It is no secret Soros and the global elite have created this chaos to challenge the will of the American voters as well as the U.S. Constitution and this why some of Trump’s supporters have been violently accosted in the streets of cities across the nation. But why do Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama remain silent before this unrestrained, lawless behavior? Perhaps because they are part of what is now being called the new Purple Revolution.

During Hillary Clinton’s concession speech on November 9th, 2016 did you notice her purple satin shirt and lapels that matched Bill Clinton’s perfectly matching purple tie?

The mainstream media reported on the Clinton’s new purple passion for fashion as being a conciliatory gesture regarding the red and blue states coming together. However, other sources are claiming this is actually part of Obama’s color revolution that “is under full steam in the US today”. Some are also comparing the current anti Trump protests and attempts to overturn the Electoral College to the previous George Soros sponsored color revolutions abroad.

In his recent 60 Minutes interview with Lesley Stahl, why did Trump refuse to name Soros as the man behind the curtain of the widespread protests? Moreover, why did Trump call Bill and Hillary Clinton “good people”? Good people? What happened to “such a nasty woman”?

Surely Trump must understand who he is up against. But even if he doesn’t fully comprehend the depth and breadth of his opposition, he appears to remain undeterred in his efforts to make America great again. According to a recently leaked memo reportedly obtained by CNN, it appears Trump plans to uphold his contract with the American voters as follows:

The 200-day plan is built around five main principles, plus an extra plank on manufacturing jobs. First is renegotiating or withdrawing from NAFTA, second is stopping the Trans-Pacific Partnership deal, third is stopping “unfair imports,” fourth is ending “unfair trade practices,” and fifth is pursuing bilateral trade deals. The final focus, to “retain and return manufacturing jobs,” focuses on lowering the business tax rate and eliminating regulations on businesses and restrictions on domestic energy.

If Trump does indeed achieve these goals, he may end up destroying the establishment in its current form. This includes both political parties, Republican and Democrat alike. It’s either Trump or them. Either Trump overcomes during his presidency and the globalists fold their collective hands, or the Establishment Republicans will force Trump to compromise.

During the election process Trump made inroads with many diverse segments of the population in order to win the presidency. He augmented GOP voting segments among Blacks, Hispanics and working class citizens. Particularly interesting is how he captured the Evangelical Christian voters in spite of his multiple marriages and lewd, off color comments. In the third debate when he announced he was pro-life and would be appointing pro-life judges, it was a brilliant move. When he told Hillary and the nation that it was “not OK” to “rip the baby out of the womb of the mother just prior to the birth of the baby”, he sealed the deal with the evangelical voters.

But there were some, including Jerry Falwell Jr., president of Liberty University, who were already on the Trump train. In fact, Falwell compared Trump to the ancient Biblical hero, King David, as: “a man after God’s own heart.” This may not be a giant leap because many consider Trump to have the heart of a lover and a fighter.

But others have compared Trump as more like the Biblical Samson. In one comparison, the conservative talk radio host, Michael Savage said Trump reminded him of the movie “Samson and Delilah” from the 1950s.

Think about it. Maybe Trump did come to take down the twin pillars of the Republican and Democratic party system. After all, Trump, like Samson, does seem to draw strength from his hair, has used a donkey jawbone (i.e. from the mouths of Democrat party donkeys) to slay his enemies, has taken a stand against foreign control of his nation, has a quick temper, exacts revenge on his opponents and enjoys beautiful women.

It remains to be seen, however, if Trump will be betrayed, blinded and moved to collapse the combined columns holding up both the political Right and Left. Don’t think the globalists won’t try to betray and blind Trump. Unfortunately, they have both the motive and the opportunity to succeed.

When considering the violent turmoil of revolutions throughout history, as well as around the world today, one must follow the money trails behind both globalism and nationalism. At the same time, it is important to understand that the global financial system and populist movements around the world transcend American politics.

In January of 2011 the world witnessed the Tunisian Revolution, also known as the Jasmine Revolution. According to Wikipedia it was an “intensive campaign of civil resistance, including a series of street demonstrations taking place in Tunisia, and led to the ousting of longtime president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali” and was “precipitated by high unemployment, food inflation, corruption, a lack of political freedoms like freedom of speech and poor living conditions.”

Slightly over a week later the Arab Spring began in Tahrir Square in Cairo, Egypt which later spread to Yemen, Bahrain, Jordan, Syria and Libya.   In Jordan, King Hussain negotiated and made concessions with his people and things settled down there. However, the government of Muammar Gaddafi was overturned in Libya and civil war still rages in Syria.

By October 2011 anti-establishment protests and terrorism spread around the world. The Europeon Sovereign debt crisis that began in 2007 soon caused the nations of Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Spain and Cyprus to default on their government debt. All of these nations were bailed out by the European Central Bank (ECB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at the same time the United States began seriously ramping up the monetization of its own debt. When the European financial crisis hit in 2011 and 2012, it resulted in expanded populist uprisings within the nations affected.

This is why Ron Paul, and later Rand Paul, tried to audit the Federal Reserve in 2008 and 2015, respectively. The Fed not only near doubled the U.S. debt since 2008, it is also most likely still monetizing European debt as well. At the same time, since 2008 the United States has drifted towards the socialist left in its policies with excessive regulations and increased societal control via nearly every alphabet soup .gov federal agency as well as ill-conceived initiatives like nationalized healthcare.

Today we are witnessing anti-establishment fractures within the columns of both the Republican and Democratic parties. On the right, it is the liberty loving, constitutionalists and truth telling Alt-right against the immigration loving, politically correct and fiscally irresponsible, establishment RINOs (Republicans in Name Only).

On the left side of the isle: The elderly boomers, aging hippies, moocher classes; unicorn chasing transgendered, socialist rainbow coalitions; Bernie Sanders supporters, Black Lives Matter, never Trumpers and Millennial snowflakes have all mind-melded into a mutant borg created by federalized education, TV programming and propagandized news. Together, they speak of unity and passionately Tweet and Facebook each other. Even as they riot in the streets.

All the while, the Globalists are regionalizing the nations of the world into various economic entities with fluid borders. NAFTA is one such region and is why establishment politicians, like Paul Ryan, favor immigration and amnesty.

But take heart. At the same time, blockades have surfaced “bigly” on the road to the New World Order. First BREXIT. Now Trump.

Can Trump slay the globalist dragons? Maybe. Maybe not. At the very least, he can slow things down for a while.

In the end though, I foresee three possible scenarios:

1.) If Trump compromises, or is unsuccessful, the Globalists win and there will be revolution.

2.) If Trump succeeds, revolutions will rage, unceasingly, as funded by the Globalists.

3.) If the current world system collapses, there will definitely be revolution in order to regain control.

The question remains, what comes in the aftermath? Well, let’s hope for the best and prepare for the worst, shall we? Consider the facts at hand:

Truth-telling financial experts all seem to agree we are heading towards a worldwide economic collapse. This is indisputable. The debt driven global financial system is a snake eating its own tail. There is no stopping it. Even if Trump is able to provide some relief here in America for a while, he can’t save the world. The system is past the point of no return and when the financial system collapses, civil unrest will follow. This will cause a breakdown of public services including some as basic as electric and water in certain areas.

As history has proven, in desperate times, large numbers of people show no mercy. Perhaps this is why some of the Elites are planning to retreat underground and into their pre-prepared doomsday bunkers. They know what is coming because they have been speaking for many years regarding their overt desire to see world population reduced. CNN founder, Ted Turner once stated his dream of: “A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels” as being “ideal” which closely corresponds to the first of the secular globalist Ten Commandments as revealed on the Georgia Guidestones, as follows:

Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

From seven billion currently living on earth to 250 to 500 million people is quite an Agenda.   In 1789 there was one prison in Paris with 9 prisoners; by 1796, there were over 60 prisons, all filled, with only one sentence handed down. Ironically, today, many Americans have identified FEMA camps as being built in order to accommodate the revolutionary new world of our future.

The American military contractor, Deagel, with ties to the U.S. Navy, the NSA and the CIA, recently made headlines when they forecasted U.S. population shrinking from 321 million in 2015 to only 61 million by the year 2025. In addition, they are also predicting massive reductions to America’s Gross Domestic Product and Military Budgets.

This seems odd. Or does it?

What about the record billions of hollow point ammunition purchased in the last several years by the U.S. government agencies including the Postal Service? The Postal Service? Why? And what are we to make of 2,700 armored vehicles recently acquired by the DHS and the militarization of police departments around the country?

Is a revolution coming or is it all conspiracy? You decide. If Trump ushers in a return to constitutionalism, liberty and renewed nationalist vigor across the world; then let us tip our hats, drink wine and dance in the streets.

Conversely, if violent revolution consumes the nations, including America; the ensuing societal breakdown will lead to starvation, mob mentality, war, death, destruction and blood flowing in the streets of cities like wine from a broken cask. Out of the complete chaos a new world order might then arise as a phoenix from the ashes of the old system still burning.

Will liberty be resurrected? Or tyranny?

There is no middle ground.
